floating in the water of calmness

a nymph of exquisite beauty

one among guardians of waters,

preserving its stillness and bliss.

creatures of different forms

adore her presence and devotion

always wanting to behold

her radiance akin a full moon.

just a glimpse of her face

brought forth peace in stormy days

lifting one’s burden from within

cleansing one’s soul from darkness.

such being so rare to see

in the heart of (urban) wilderness, she lives

only to the chosen eyes will she emerge

untouched by spiteful befouling presence.
